A community that creatively risks sharing the transforming love of Jesus

Welcome to Whitestone Children's Ministry

Whitestone Mennonite Church

Nursery Service available during Worship
Sunday September to April 9:40am - May to August 10:15 am

We like to call it a biblical adventure for kids, from birth through fifth grade. Jesus holds children very close to His heart, and we at Whitestone Mennonite Church want to do so as well. With God’s Word as our highest priority, we have designed the Children’s Ministry in such a way that kids can learn at their own level and pace.

Our mission is to make disciples by creating a fun, loving, and interactive environment where kids are encouraged to grow in Christ. In order to do this, we provide teachers who emphasize love, classrooms that are clean and orderly, procedures that are safe, and an age-appropriate and Bible-based curriculum. We pray that your children’s biblical adventure here lays a foundation for a lifetime of living for Christ!

Whitestone On Wednesday (WOW)

Whitestone on Wednesday is an evening program for children grades Kindergarden-12 and adults. It runs Wednesdays, 5:30-7:30 pm, September through March, and includes Bible study, activities, and dinner.

Whitestone on Wednesday It is a time meant for building relationships and learning about God's love and the teachings of Jesus. A meal is served each evening. Children sit with mixed-age groups and their "table parents", who are individuals from our congregation who do not have children in the WOW program.

A parent is asked to volunteer in some way each Wednesday, whether it is preparing the meal, kitchen cleanup, or other activities. A fee is associated with enrollment to pay for food and materials. Scholarships are available.

To enroll your children or inquire more about the program, please contact the church office.
